I tried really hard this week. I was able to walk for six days as opposed to last week's five days. I even added 15 or so minutes to my walking. I would have to say that I am still slightly disappointed in only a two pound difference. But I looked at my calendar and aunt flo should soon be in town therefore after she leaves I may have lost less weight than I thought.
