A hard won 1lb lost. The reality is probably that weight loss will be slow at this stage of my journey. So I'll take a deep breath & be patient. That 1lb came with a lot of steps & a lot of physical effort as I was working under my truck, removing, mounting heavy tires...fighting to get spring coils out...and back in. I started at 1pm & being the first time I've done this things didn't go as planned...of course, and I fought with it left & right, made 2 trips to Canadian tire for parts, a trip to a friend who's a machinist to tweak a few parts. Next thing you know its 7.5 hrs later. I was dog tired, but done. And so dehydrated I feel nauseous. (A mistake I've made numerous times in my life & will do again I'm sure!). So I sat on the couch..cooled down after a hard day of work & drank a good bit of water before bedtime, even though I could have just dropped into bed. Thankful I had that much sense as I'm sure I would have woke up with a terrible headache. Entering my 2nd day of keto carnivore. Hamburger with some left over keto asian sauce (was delicious!) and today keto air fried chicken with some keto dill dip to add some more flavour. (Last time I made the chicken it was wayyyy too much seasoning according to the recipe). So I backed it off & wouldn't know it...not enough seasoning hence the dill dip which I love with veggies, potato chips, some meats. its basically 2 to 1 sour cream to mayo, dill weed flakes to taste & I used swerve to add the sweetness I want (its honey in the original recipe but I wanted keto). It is amazing either way. my favorite dip!

How much of a lift did you put in it?

Just bilstein 5100s at a 2.1 inch lift. It was level so I wanted to get a bit of rake back & put in 1.5 inch spacers in back. It was a cheap way at what I paid for them to see how I liked the 1.5. Thought it would be too much but I like it so I've ordered variable rate Tuftruck coils to do it properly that give 1.5" lift. Getting prepared to go from stock 275 60 20 tires to 285 65 20 or 295 60 20 A/T tires. (Totally for looks. Lol). I don't put on a lot of miles so mileage is not a huge issue for me.

Very cool! I bet. I had a lifted YJ in 92 with the 4 cylinder and standard tranny. Didn't go anywhere very fast. Lol.
