Well, how do ya like them apples? Perfect maintenance numbers for the month of May! In the immortal words of the brains of the A-Team, Hannibal, "Ah yes. I love when a plan comes together."

Kept at a steady average of 153 for the whole time, too = double happy! 😀😀

I think there may just be something to this whole CICO thing 😜. I've got all my low-cal "I'm not hungry" days followed by "OMG-GIMME-ALL-THE-FOODS" days.
