It was 178.8 at 6am but I went back to bed and it was 178.4 by 8am. The scale lies so much. But hey, way better than yesterday!
80.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
