Water, Teas, Shakes, excessively high Protein intake...I have not been logging my food intake anymore due to time constraints...but I am still on a 1000 Calorie/day intake.
56.7 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week

Just squeeze out 10 minutes per day to journalize and you will be amazed how you really do lose. Also, you only have 10 pounds so keep up the good work.
