Hovering around 169 and still only just barely seeing the top two abs. Still thinking I need to go to 165, but at 5'9 I might end up being awfully slim. Not wanting to lose all my gains do thinking about holding it here and starting the lean bulk early. Not 100% sure, guess I'll give it a few more days and see. Extremely happy with how this has gone though, never expected to drop 20 pounds or more. Didn't think I had that much to lose! Goes to show how it sneaks up on you in your 30s. And 40s lol. Overall though, very very happy even if I don't see the rest of the abs. Very happy! Feel blessed to have been able to get this far!
76.7 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
