( breakfast ) 730am I drink Premier Protein caramel Shake with a spoon of instant coffee and lots of ice cubes in My Cup it tasted like a caramel frappe from Starbucks...
after I have my Premier Protein Shake I drink my Cali Girl brand tea drink a bottle of water and if I want I will have another protein shake and do fasting all the way until 1:30 and that's when I will have my lunch it could be shrimp tuna in a water in a can or tilapia fish all these options I always make it something different everyday
for snack it's either pork skin pickles cucumber strawberries blackberries red berries watermelon nuts
and for dinner would be seafood or a low carb wrap with roast beef and vegetables this has been my schedule for about 7 days now last Thursday I was 126 and I'm telling you the Cali girl tea and the Seafood diet low carbs low sugar low fat no alcohol is working and walking or hiking for 1 and 2 hours a day and lots of water
