Yeah, I didn't eat that much, but I did have a high carb load. I'm thinking this is all glycogen replenishment and associated water. I hope I'm correct.

It can be bewildering. Ups and downs. I'm really going that if I stay consistent my ghost will follow my actions. Be good, feel good, look good.
