I tried those Cheesecake Pancakes today.. WOW! Loved the taste! My first time ever attempting to 'peak' egg whites... LOL Hey! I learned something NEW today! Wow! I'm not afraid of the mixer anymore. LOL
I couldn't do the syrup or honey, so I just melted butter on them. Mmmmm!
Husband thinks I was granted a Cooking Genie Wish... LOL Cause in the 16 years we've been together, I've never once used that Electric Mixer! LOL
I had a few pieces of a Melon yesterday... that explains the weight is the same today as it was yesterday... but actually Yesterday was 157.8 and today was 157.4 so it did drop, just not a whole lot. I couldn't help it... it was in the Fridge YELLING at Me the entire time I was painting the Kitchen!
71.2 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Great job Mouse. You will get the hang of the great cooking with practice. Stock that yell frig with all your healthy snack, so when it does call to you, you will have the guns to shoot it down from the bad stuff.lol You have a wonderful day and every little bit counts.:)
