1785 kcal Fat: 69.67g | Prot: 78.95g | Carbs: 193.25g.   Breakfast: Sunsweet Pitted Dates, Kroger Low Fat Cottage Cheese,  Chocolate Covered Espresso Coffee Beans,  Skim or Nonfat Milk (0.5% or Less Butterfat), Cream of Wheat Chocolate Instant Hot Cereal. Lunch:  Ground Turkey (Cooked) , Old Wisconsin Turkey Sausage Sticks, Pace Picante Medium Salsa, Great Value Light Sour Cream, Kroger Large Pitted Black Olives,  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Dinner:  Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking),  Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Not Eaten),  Egg Noodles (Enriched, Cooked),  Sausage Gravy. Snacks/Other: M&M's Almond M&M's, White Claw Hard Seltzer, Peter Paul Mounds Chocolate Bar, Pringles Cheddar Cheese Potato Crisps, Jell-O Sugar Free Cherry,  Banana Bread, Andes Minty Patty. more...
