Thanks dama and tatauu! Srossca yes I am in maintenance. 💪🏼 Nana- yes I recalculated once I lost weight and got down to goal. The app put me WAY higher In calories, but I don’t go off of that. It was way too much for me. Just go off of whatever feels good for you and keeps you in the same 5-7 lb range give or take! 🤗
