Its soooo hard but the most important thing is the global weight loss. I stopped wheighing myself everyday. Now i do it every 20 days so small fluctuations Like salt amd water retention wont affect the global weight loss

I should try that ... but I worry that I could drop weight very fast 🙁 so I weigh myself every morning just to be sure. Thank you ❤️

I apologize, i just read your profile. I assumed that you wanted to lose weight while in fact you want to gain weight. I hope you find inner strength to always push yourself in the right direction and hope you gain back your appetite. You could eat small, bite sized foods through out the day. Maybe it can help. All the best
