Still sick. Maybe the unexpected drop is from dehydration, but I'm drinking plenty of water.
77.6 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Fluids definitely help. One time I broke a 103.5 degree fever in 4 hours simply by drinking lots of water. Keep pushing the fluids. You'll get better soon.
