So this finishes my 14 day Bariatric Keto ReStart program!!! I have dropped 18.8 lbs total!! WOW. but what I have gained doing this program is great also!!
1. I eat way to much food on the normal. Head hunger is a real thing.
2. I eat way to fast!! I've been mindful and taking 30 minutes to eat my tiny little portions and I feel the full signal then stop!
3. I recognize that I have a FEAR of not having enough food with me (like at work) it's a stress/comfort issue.
4. I don't drink as much as I need to...or thought I did.
5. Planning/tracking my meals and portions are a NECESSITY!! Really helps me to not pick or snack on things not on my plan!
6. Nuts are not my friend!! Yes, they are good for me, but not when I'm eating them by the cup full!! I just have to abstain from them because I don't have control to stop!
7. Apple cider vinegar is a no no for my pouch!! I had taken 1T. in tea...it literally burned my stomach and caused pain for 3 dang days!! I will not do that again.
I feel confident that I will have continued success in the future 🙏 and have a new tool to use when life happens and I fall down!!
From here I will transition to my personal macros and continue bariatric Keto for 8 weeks then do a carb refeed for up to 2 weeks. May do another Restart at that point.
My focus and reward is to move forward with setting up getting skin removal surgery on my arms. 💪🎊🎉😁


75.8 kg Lost so far: 104.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
