Pleasantly surprised by the drop, considering TOM is this coming week (was expecting an uptick). I've been trying really hard to be more mindful with the eating, and my current mantra is "You're not hungry, you're bored. Stay out of the kitchen".

My habit is to weigh twice in a row to confirm, and this is the first time in a long while where I got two different numbers. I'm logging the higher of 173.2 here on FS, but I also saw 172.8, which I'll be mentally logging in the hopes of using it as leverage to stay motivated this coming week.

When the weather permits, I walk to the lake by my house -- round trip, its approximately an hour and 45 minutes, and it almost always puts me over 10k steps for the day. When weather is against me, I play Dance Dance Revolution for about an hour or so (I have flat arches in my feet, so the constant pounding isn't good for much longer than that). My Pebble wearable tracker shows me my steps for the same day last week, as well as the average for the current week. I'm always trying to either outdo last week's me, or hit the average for the week (which will ultimately make it go up).

Happy its Friday, grateful that in all the pandemic craziness I seem to be in the best of a bad situation. Have a great weekend <3
