I’ve been eating way too much and feeling stuffed and uncomfortable afterwards..😔 got to work on judging portions
54.6 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Judging portions won’t work— few people get it right and most are way off. Use a scale at home, weigh in grams. In a restaurant just error on the side of a smaller portion..
