Past bodybuilding days ruined my hormones. After two years of not hitting it hard and stopping the neurotic eating, I'm slowly learning to be happy with my body. My hubs told me this morning that he can see my sixpack again. Ha, well that's not my goal, but the muscle memory is a great perk. I just don't want to slip back into the crazy business of unhealthy "fitness" again. Down 135 as of today. Being 5'3" and 17% bodyfat isn't so bad.
62.3 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
