Happy Mother’s Day everyone. We are heading to Redondo Beach 🏖 to connect with our Daughter. Also meeting her boyfriend’s parents for the first time. First Major Lunch thrown by the young ones (they are 30)!!


Had too much Shepherds Pie yesterday & massive amounts of liquids, 3 Poweraid & 5 cups of coffee, 84oz of water & 80oz of coffee ☕️ .....new record for me 😎


Decided on an early morning Bike Ride to release a few oz of sweat 😓. Overall Calorie Burn 700+
76.7 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
