Ounce by ounce I'll get there! Even though I'm still cooking and baking it mostly goes home to the grandkids. which makes it easy to have a treat and not get carried away. Ah the solutions to problems in the time of isolation!
62.6 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
