Man I hope this ain’t a muscle loss! Did a ton of walking yesterday looking at trucks. Only had two bottles of water and 2 diet cokes. Ate over 2000 kcal and burned less than 1800 kcal. 🤷‍♀️
56.2 kg Lost so far: 16.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
