When mine goes up, I know it will come down. Sooner or later. So even though it doesn't feel good, it was mostly the potato starches yesterday that raised me higher and soon it will be a solid drop again. 😊 In any case, I am no longer obsessed with my weight, it's more of an guide post. Kinda like cholesterol. Too high numbers means something gotta change. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Last month I recorded added lbs for the first time since I started here. According to my food diary, I added about 3lbs during the month and sure enough, I was few pounds heavier may1 than I was april1. I still have some toning to do but I believe life will take care of that pretty soon. Once this sticking to my chair is ended and I start moving again.

Not surprised by Jc's comment Yohoyoh...beware, it pretty much sums up the extent of her mindfulness and the fallacy of her advice on a calorie-counting diet-tracking app 😉

My calories eaten are always accurate but my activity log on FS seems way too high. I track it just to show patterns and trends but if I lift for 45 minutes, I try to put 20. Today I did 8 hours of yard work (which BTW kicked my ass) but I listed it as 6... If I don't, then I never lose what I think I should and since muscle burns more than fat and so many other variables, there's no telling for accuracy what someone's calorie burn is just by weight.
