My 5th weigh in where I'm consistently dropping weight! 🙏 🎉 Its definitely an effort on my part.. watching what I'm eating daily and working out.. Been cooking a main meal daily.. protein, vegetables sides, and salads. Found an amazing cardio workout on YouTube.. team body project. I have to watch my "snacks" though 😒 Now, just daily work on my part.. I've noticed it's becoming easier, like part of a routine, mainly because I WANT improvement! 😀
