Don't quite understand why I gained the LB-- I measured & weighed all my food & ate within calorie limit. It was Thanksgiving, so I did indulge in a piece of Apple pie (I must have underestimated the calorie content). I did do an hour workout to make up for it.

Overall, still pleased with how I did. I'm not going to beat myself up for a lb of gain. Had I not been counting, I would have gained 5! Will be doing another workout today, and hopefully a long walk in the forest--- we'll see what tomorrow brings!
77.3 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 22.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
