I def didnt want to log this. A 1lb gain is alot. I haven't ate more than I usually do but I guess I was getting more exercise than I thought. I'm going to keep calories lower this weekend and try to push myself to get on treadmill next week . I def hope I can get it going back down because this is so depressing :(
48.2 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Remember it could also just be water! A muscle gain is good. A water gain happens and comes and goes. I doubt this is a true 100% fat gain. Relax you are doing well!

I was 185 on Tuesday, now Friday and I’m 198?!? I understand the frustration! I don’t even know what I did to gain it as I haven’t eaten anything different! Some weeks are weird! But it’s May 1, so I’m starting from here and moving forward!!
