At my heaviest I was 160.8 at 5’2” that is way overweight. I just weighed this morning at the doctors office, clothes on, and came in at 152.2. So far, I have cut out soda, bread, pasta, red meat, sweets, and have cut back on alcohol. Some of these things I cut out will slowly be introduced back into my diet, but not yet. I am currently following a modified pescatarian diet. I have also started drinking matcha tea and an apple cider vinegar concoction every day (not together), along with keeping track of my water intake. I am very happy with the results I’ve seen so far and can not wait to hit my goal (and stay there)!
69.0 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
