Gotta say, snacking at night- nuts and dark chocolate chips are keeping me plateaued. Hope to do better this week. Plan of action spicy popcorn for a substitute..., I recognize that emotional snacking is a night comfort for me right now so Im being compassionate to self but make a wiser choice. How’s evryone else weathering the storm?

Good for you! I do treat nights weekly, but it started to be all of the time when this isolation started. A couple of weeks ago my plan was back on track and my goal is to just not gain. We're always having to respond to new situations and just do our best and make amendments as we go. Hopefully soon I'll get somewhat more mobile again too, although I miss the constant on my feet activity through work.

I think recognizing what is real -- you will be snacking at night -- is the first step. Then, just as you are doing, deciding what form that will take so your goals are supported is next. You are doing well, Aurora! Thinking ahead is the key.
