Good sleep last night (for me). I'm usually 5, 6 hours max unless I had a really exerting day. Last night I got 7..small victories😁 I attribute it to a good walk yesterday & the fresh air.

My one meal is keto shrimp cakes and spinach today. Delicious! Did not disappoint. I'm finding with this OMAD the biggest challenge is a bit of nausea after eating as I'm trying to get enough calories out of my meal. Today was better than yesterday when I definitely felt too full. Today..just full. I'm going to worry less about the calorie number. The other issue is eating slower. Hot food going cold! Lol.

Interested to see what my keto blood test numbers will be Thursday now that I'm out of my fast.
