Slow and steady. At this rate I'll hit my goal by 2020! Doubt I'll win my bets but I feel so much better day to day eating like I have been!
82.9 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
