OMG ... what was I thinking? Hahaha
Last Sunday I did single elbow to knee stomach crunches. Did I even manage 10 on each side? Almost ... anyway as a result, I couldn’t move the next day. Painful just to breathe never mind coughing, I have a cough caused by my bronchiectasis. Right side only took a day to heal. Still having problems with the left side 😐
46.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi Camaltar I did these like a sit up 😁 right elbow to left knee and left elbow to right knee. I should have stuck to my basic crunch instead of getting fancy 🤗

I figured it was like that. Next time try only 5 per side and build from there. Baby steps
