I got in some unexpected exercise yesterday by chasing my 5-year-old grandson outside. We both laughed until our sides ached. Be well and safe, everyone.
79.6 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That sounds so wonderful. I look back at pics when my son was young and I was so skinny then because I was always chasing him around. now I have 3 grandchildren and 2 more on the way but they live in other states. We Skype and they send me pics & videos but it's not the same. I hope to visit them all when this Pandemic is over. Enjoy every moment with your little grandson. I LOVE that age! They are so much fun!!!
