Had to go to the lab for bloodwork today. Ended up getting stuck twice. Gross! I'm such a wuss about it. Should have the cholesterol and sugar results tomorrow.

Didn't get to eat breakfast until 11:30, so I was famished. I need to come up with plans for supper now. Maybe I'll go to the fish market again.
80.2 kg Lost so far: 16.0 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
