It's been 11 days since my last weigh in. 😒 I've been home not doing much and my weight shows it. 😫 I have been doing back, core, some light cardio, and walking. I think that bit of exercise is helping me not gain poundsssss. I'm not going to dwell on this.. just focus on getting myself back on track. 💪
