I’ve been working out like crazy, 10,000 steps per day, abs exercises, jogging intervals. My body is tired! But it’s paid off, 2 1/2 pounds lost. I just need to get my eating under control, I feel I’m eating way too many carbs.
94.6 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.1 kg a Week
