Day 16 of fast. Plateau day it seems. Not going to let it bother me. no calories in, keto level good. As I continue to do my reading on this stuff, a plateau...or more is not abnormal. As one person who did a 40 day fast said, "I know my body continues to make changes behind the scenes". Lord knows I still get gurgling and other sounds in my stomach!
