Finished the 3 day fast. Had a late breakfast. +-400cal. Lots of fruit and yougart. Feel good Looking foward to lunch. Not loosing weight. Will keep going.
91 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
