Another beautiful day outside. Gotta take my dog to the park when I finish working. I am thankful for feeling so good. No headache. No joint aches or pains. I'm making an appointment with an internist now to get a checkup next week. Haven't done that in years. I better make an A!

Ooh, if you haven't been in a long time I bet your dr will be thrilled with your progress. After dropping so many ell-bees I'm sure it'll go great!
