I cheated, this morning. I had a Burger King Corssanwich Breakfast"No Mayo"...but apart from that all is going well with my diet.
57.6 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
