Well, this was expected- ate about 3 times my rdi yesterday 🤷🏼‍♀️ feeling like crap- learned my lesson (hopefully lol) moving on. All I can do is do better today. 💪🏼

Thank you for your support friends, it means so much!! And is the sole reason I had the courage to actually post it. I contemplated for a while posting it but decided that I want to not only show the good days, but also those not so good days, so when I go back and look, I can remind myself that it’s not always easy- but it’ll always be worth it!!💪🏼💜 keep on keepin on friends, and stay healthy!

I’m so glad you did post. I use my comments to track meds, dr visits, etc. it really helps her see how the inflammation affects me almost daily. It’s a great tool. I was upset I didn’t lose yesterday so I treated myself last night. Some days I say free day and eat out. I still try to stay close to calories, but we are all so perfectly imperfect. Thanks again. You are an inspiration!
