Good day everyone!
Good weigh in considering all the chocolate I ate yesterday.. why didn't anyone take that box away?! 😩
I noticed I'm losing muscle definition from not being able to go to the gym. I can't even find any store that sells dumbells.. SOLD OUT! 😩 I continue to do at home workouts and walking.🚶‍♀️ As long as I continue on my weight loss journey, that muscle and gym days will come soon enough! 💪
Considering the situation we're all in, I'm just thankful to be healthy & blessed. 🙏
66.7 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
