I started at 170lbs. Just had a baby! Also I just stopped breastfeeding so i'm starting now to relax on eating so much and I already lost a bit of weight. My goal seems so far to me since I've never in my life struggled with a big gain suddenly. 👊💪But I am soooo motivated!
73.8 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
