I'm not sure the slight gain is entirely accurate, as yesterday's dinner (bootleg nachos) had quite a bit of sodium. Also woke up with a mild headache indicative of dehydration, so its possible this is water weight. Something to keep an eye on.
78.7 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
