Didn't do so well this week. It's becoming a habit in the evening to have 4 or 5 fun size chocolate bars (& possibly dessert of some kind too) & I know if I don't break that habit, I will be back to my old ways in no time.
I'm thankful to not have gained this week, although earlier in the week, I was down a pound.
