Keep up the good work. Never give in or cave. I used to do that all the time. But last October I had triple bypass heart surgery. I already had kidney disease cause of autoimmune stuff going on. I smoked cigarettes for 48 years but quit in October. I was not too far away from death. Now I exercise and watch what I eat. I want a new life. I can actually walk and exercise without chest pain. I want to give up some days cause this is difficult. But I won’t allow myself to cave. Hang in there!! You are worth positive success.
