ugh! i thought i would see more of a change on the scale today. only down .5 which is pretty frustrating. i feel like i am starting to slim down though so i will just keep up the good work and hope for more pounds to drop off at the next weigh in.
101.6 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
