new low 🤔 and I ate like a pig again... I'm seeing a trend with that.
89.6 kg Lost so far: 23.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Only about 400 calorie net difference between two days ago and yesterday. 4000mg of sodium two days ago and only 2600mg yesterday.

LoL, should have known D will investigate 🤣 yup. Only one back of popcorn yesterday made the difference. Good 470grams of carbs as logged ☺️ so the key is to eat enough carbs to lose weight? 🤭
