Bloat! I wonder if green tea is dehydrating. Maybe I'm drinking too much of it -- about 4 cups a day. I've had coffee cravings lately that I'm trying to overcome. I guess that wouldn't be so bad except that I want the cream and sweetener with it. So I want to stay off coffee permanently.

I made an interesting treat yesterday with sliced bananas. I shook them in a plastic bag with some organic dark cocoa powder, chopped walnuts and a sprinkle of granola. Mashed those crunchy items into the bananas and then wrapped them in foil and put it in the freezer. You get bite-sized frozen treats that are sort of like eating a sundae. I love experimenting with healthy foods.

Well, back to work. It started raining yesterday and we're getting more today. We've been in a drought, so it's kinda nice!
