OKAY!
Been contemplating a little about entering physique competitions the last couple of months, and one came up! I entered yesterday, both myself and my wife.
Time to shred! I'd like to maintain as much lean muscle mass as I can and get more cut than last year - just for the competition. Not a huge competition, but it should be an awesome experience. I'm going to be documenting my fitness journey on youtube.
kCal cut by 250. I'll continue to cut kCal as we progress.
