Nice to be heading in the right direction again. Not too many big eating events this past couple of weeks. That really helped. Much easier to stay in control when you eat at home. Yay, control!
63.5 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
