First true weigh in since Friday morning. Over 3 days I ate about 7900 kcal. I burned off 5100 kcal. So I had a surplus of 2800 kcal. I really thought I would gain weight but it turns out I lost some lol. I’ll gain that little bit back though as I always do. 126 is my “ideal” weight so I’m cool with anything close. I do know I had Diet Coke/Pepsi at every restaurant and only 1 bottle of propel each day so I’m very likely a little dehydrated.

I did have orange juice Saturday morning. Haven’t had it in forever so decided to break my no liquid calories rule. The kids had ice cream and I resisted asking for a bite. One snickers, one bag of popcorn and one bowl of snickers was my only junk food this weekend. And by bag, I mean they popped me a whole Act II buttered popcorn bag! I shared with the kiddos.
57.1 kg Lost so far: 15.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

This loss is bigger because I weighed last night when we got home. My evening weight is always higher than morning. I only truly lost about half a pound I think. 😉

Oops!! I mean a bowl of nachos lol. Snickers have been on my mind a lot since I’ve cut out Morse than half of what I used to eat lol. Yes I’m in maintenance. Have been for about a year. At some point I’ll go low cal again because I want to reach 110-115 one more time. I’m just afraid of sacrificing muscle to do so. I don’t have a lot of fat anymore except the thigh/hip/butt area lol. There’s probably 10# there though if not more.

I talked to my massage therapist today after my massage. She was saying how she can’t really have snickers and things or have them around because she eats them all. This woman is so skinny! Skin and bones skinny! I assured her if she bought a bag of fun size she could dole them out to herself and kiddos (as rewards for good behavior and chores getting done) and not eat too many calories. She agreed it might be worth a try and better than grabbing a full size and feeling guilty about it. Love helping someone realize you can treat yourself without going over board. She had never thought of buying the small ones!
