last week assessment

I respected my diet and my workout. I moved a lot and did more than 100 min cadrio. until sunday when I ate a good portion of mac and cheese. I noticed that my fiber intake is low. maybe that is why I have been bloated. my objectif for this week is rise my fiber intake and stick to my diet to lose some extra fat.
56 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
